Agenda and Minutes

Attend a Meeting
Attending a meeting is a great way to become more knowledgeable about your local government. It is also a way to voice your opinions and concerns related to the Township.
The Board of Commissioners welcome public comments from residents and/or taxpayers of the Township during the Public Comment period of each board meeting. You will be asked to come to the front of the meeting room to speak and will be asked to state your name and address.
In addition to the Public Comment period of each meeting, the President will also ask for any questions or comments from members of the audience at a point during the meeting when an agenda item is up for discussion.
Public Hearings are often a part of the Board of Commissioners’ meeting and are an excellent opportunity to comment on the item up for discussion. You will be asked to complete an Appearance Form when commenting during a Public Hearing.
Email the Township Manager and/or Board of Commissioners
Share your comments, concerns and requests on a specific issue via email to either the Board of Commissioners and/or the Township Manager, a specific Department, staff member or individual Commissioner
