All refuse haulers must register with the Township in order to provide collection service for municipal waste or recyclable materials.
Any community contract hauler or registered hauler who collects regulated municipal waste within the Township will be required to collect source-separated recyclable materials from all customers for whom regulated municipal waste is collected.
