The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) has scheduled public-input hearings in mid-December on the proposed water-rate increase by the City of Lancaster Bureau of Water. The two in-person hearings will be held at the Manheim Township Municipal Building (1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601). Manheim Township residents are encouraged to attend in person — to comment on how the proposed rate change could affect their bills. This is your chance to have your voice heard before the PUC makes a final decision.
