LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Manheim Township Board of Commissioners will convene a public hearing on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Building, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania to consider the conditional use application of Landis Valley Holdings, LP. Applicant is requesting conditional use approval pursuant to Section 304 3.G and Section 304 3.L of the Manheim Township Floodplain Ordinance to allow for the Bonnie Drive Bridge to be completed and for fill to be added to the floodplain as part of the bridge construction. The property is known as Brooklawn Phase II, Manheim Township, Lancaster Co., Pennsylvania (parcel id # 390-64694-0-0000).
A copy of the application together with any related exhibits is available for public inspection and may be examined by any citizen in the office of the Township Secretary at 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania on regular business days between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
