LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that at the regularly scheduled public meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Building, 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania the Board will hold a public hearing to receive public comments regarding the proposed 2035 Manheim Township Comprehensive Plan. At the conclusion of the hearing the Board shall consider adopting and, if appropriate, will take a vote on adopting proposed Resolution No. 2025-52, the caption and which is as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MANHEIM, LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ENDORSING AND ADOPTING THE NEW COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR MANHEIM TOWNSHIP KNOWN AS 2035 MANHEIM TOWNSHIP COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. The proposed resolution adopts a new comprehensive plan for the Township known as the “2035 Manheim Township Comprehensive Plan” pursuant to the Board’s authority under the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. The resolution refers to the maps, charts, textual matter and other matters that form the proposed Comprehensive Plan.
