Township Assistant Manager, Andy Bowman, provided a Manheim Township Parks & Recreation Strategic Plan & Master Plan draft update to the Board of Commissioners. In addition to action plan priorities, community parks and pools updates, and expanding recreational programming and activities for residents, there's a lot of exciting developments and intentional planning that's about to begin.
