LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that at the regularly scheduled public meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to be held on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Manheim Township Municipal Building 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania the Board will consider for enactment and will take a vote on proposed ORDINANCE 2026-03, which is titled: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF AUTISTIC CHILD AREA SIGN, HANDICAPPED PARKING SIGN AND NO TURN TRAFFIC SIGNS BY AMENDING THE RELEVANT SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 480 ARTICLE X OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MANHEIM.
The ordinance authorizes (a) the posting of an Autistic Child Area sign between 15 and 19 Belmont Avenue; (b) the posting of signs prohibiting left hand turns traveling on Belmont Avenue, Hess Boulevard, and Murry Drive into Lititz Pike from 7 am – 6 pm; and (c) the posting of a handicapped parking sign in front of 214 South Lincoln Street.
Copies of Ordinance No. 2026-03 as proposed together with the traffic studies are available for public inspection and may be examined by any citizen in the office of the Township Secretary 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania on regular business days between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A copy of the Ordinance also may be examined without charge at the offices of this newspaper (LNP) and at the Lancaster County Law Library located at 50 N. Duke Street, Lancaster, PA 17602.
