NOTICE is hereby given that the Manheim Township Board of Commissioners will convene a public hearing on Monday, August 8, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Morgan Center, Manheim Township Public Library, 595 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania to consider the following two conditional use applications:
(1) Posh Properties is seeking conditional use approval pursuant to Section 304.3 of the Floodplain Ordinance of Manheim Township to construct a proposed sewer line, sidewalk, water lateral and other improvements within the Floodplain on property located at 789 Flory Mill Road, Lancaster, PA as part of constructing a hotel and mini-warehouse facility.
(2) Jacob Zoltowski is seeking conditional use approval pursuant to Section 2101.2 of the Zoning Ordinance of Manheim Township to maintain nine chickens and a chicken coop on property located at 23 Old Post Lane, Lititz, PA. This public hearing, originally scheduled for August 8, 2022 will be continued until Monday, September 12, 2022.
Copies of the applications together with any related exhibits are available for public inspection and may be examined by any citizen in the office of the Township Secretary 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania on regular business days between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This meeting will be held in-person and virtually. Instructions for participating virtually are posted on the Township’s website (www.manheimtownship.org). The public may contact the Township during regular business hours with any questions.
