Notice is hereby given that at the regularly scheduled public meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to be held on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Morgan Program Center, Manheim Township Public Library, 595 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania the Board will consider for enactment proposed Ordinance 2022-01 the full title and text of which is as follows: ORDINANCE 2022 – 01 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS FOR DEDICATION TO MANHEIM TOWNSHIP, LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA. BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, as follows: SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of Manheim Township hereby accepts the rights-of-way and dedication as public highways of the following sections of highways, and the deeds for said sections of highways shall be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania:

SECTION 2. This action is taken under the authority contained in Section 2020 of the First Class Township Code. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after enactment. Copies of Ordinance No. 2022-01 together with any related exhibits are available for public inspection and may be examined by any citizen in the office of the Township Secretary 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania on regular business days between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The public may participate in the meeting either in-person or virtually. Instructions for participating virtually are posted on the Township’s website (www.manheimtownship.org). The public may contact the Township during regular business hours with any questions.
