The Library of Accessible Media for Pennsylvanians (LAMP) is a network program of the Library of Congress’ National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled. Services are provided through the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, and Free Library of Philadelphia. The free resources offered include borrowing media in a variety of ways to suit the patrons needs, offering one on one Reader Advisors, Youth Services, programs and so much more.
