Because of the COVID-19 virus the Manheim Township Municipal Office is closed to the general public effective March 17, 2020 and will remain closed until at least Wednesday April 1, 2020.

Most residential inspections are suspended at this time. Rough-in or framing inspections will be performed on a case-by-case basis in order to keep construction moving. Residential Final Inspections (Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical and Certificate of Use and Occupancy) are suspended for the time being. Non-Residential inspections will continue while maintain social distancing and no personal interactions of any kind.
Permit applications are still being accepted. All pertinent forms and submittal guides can be located on our website. Plumbing, mechanical, electrical and certificates of use and occupancy permits may be applied for and paid online through our permit portal. Building permits may be submitted via email to codecompliance@manheimtownship.org or mailed directly to: Code Compliance 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601. Please ensure that you received notification that your permit application was received.
