Did you know there are library services in Pennsylvania for those with visual impairment and disabilities? Two libraries in Pennsylvania, the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, and Free Library of Philadelphia's Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, have been designated to offer National Library Services to those who have visual impairments, or are physically handicapped. Each of these libraries offer a wide variety of free services, and at Manheim Township Public Library, we are able to help you get connected. Please contact us (717) 560-6441, or visit: https://www.statelibrary.pa.gov/Libraries/Library-Programs-and-Services/Pages/Services-for-Blind-Handicapped.aspx to get started and for an overview about these services.
