VOTING RULES:
· Voting is open to anyone: kids, family, or anyone with access to the internet .
· Voters can vote once a day on any device that has a separate IP address.
· So you can vote on your work computer, your cell phone and your home computer all in the same day and then do it all again the next day!
· Voting will wrap up September 30th, and the winners will be notified soon after.
