Due to the increase in cost for the purchase and installation of residential water heaters, Manheim Township Code Compliance Department will no longer base the permit fee for residential water heaters, which are 80 gallons or less in size, on the fee calculation for plumbing/mechanical permits.
Beginning January 1, 2016, there will be a set fee of $50.00 for each residential water heater which is 80 gallons or less in size. The $4.00 UCC fee will still be applied in addition to this set fee.
