The Boettcher House Environmental Education Center is a historical landmark built in 1920, surrounded by a stone patio and nestled in a beautiful natural habitat area known as Landis Woods. The inside is just as picturesque with a huge fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and restored kitchen and washrooms.
The building also serves as the home to the Landis Woods Nature Preschool (established September 2018).
