All meetings are at the Township Offices, 1840 Municipal Drive, unless otherwise noted.

The Manheim Township Planning Commission will hold their regular meetings on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m., and will hold their planning meetings on the second Wednesday of the month at 12:00 noon. 

The Manheim Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on the first Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. with the following exceptions:

• Tuesday, January 5, instead of Monday, January 4, 2010,
• Tuesday, July 6, instead of Monday, July 5, 2010,
• Tuesday, September 7, instead of Monday, September 6, 2010, and
• Wednesday, November 3, instead of Monday, November 1, 2010.

The Boettcher House Museum Board will meet at the Boettcher House in Landis Woods on the third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.  There will be no December meeting.

The Community Life Task Force will meet at the Manheim Township Police Station on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m., except in December they will meet on Wednesday, December 1.  There will be on July and August meetings.

The Fire Council will meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. according to the following schedule of locations:  February and October meetings will be held at the Eden Fire Company, 1695 New Holland Pike; March and November meetings will be held at the Neffsville Fire Company, 200 East Oregon Road; April and December meetings will be held at the Southern Manheim Township Fire Company, 1396 Orchard Street; and January, May, June and September meetings will be held at the Manheim Township offices, 1840 Municipal Drive.  There will be no July and August meetings.

The General Municipal Authority of the Township of Manheim will meet on the third Friday of January, April, July and October at 7:30 a.m.

The Manheim Township Overlook Community Foundation will meet on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m., except they will meet in May on Tuesday, May 25.  There will be no August and December meetings.

The Manheim Township Parks and Recreation Board will meet at Stauffer Mansion Blue Room, 1241 Lititz Pike, Lancaster, PA on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m., except they will meet in November on Wednesday, November 3.

The Manheim Township Planning Commission will hold their regular meetings on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m., and will hold their planning meetings on the second Wednesday of the month at 12:00 noon.

The Manheim Township Public Library Board will meet on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month at 5:30 p.m.

The Manheim Township Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeals will meet bi-monthly, beginning in January, if necessary, on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m., in accordance with the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code Rules and Regulations, except they will meet in January on Thursday, Januaty 14.

The Manheim Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on the first Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m., except they will meet in January on Tuesday, January 5, in July on Tuesday, July 6, in September on Tuesday, September 7 and in November on Wednesday, November 3 .
