ARRESTS

1) Public Drunkenness Arrest, 6:08 p.m., Friday, January 5, 2018, 1335 Fruitville Pike – Station House Tavern (MT) – Janeen Renee Findley, F/47, of Mountville, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed intoxicated and causing a disturbance inside the restaurant. A citation was filed.

2) Harassment Arrest, 7:15 p.m., Saturday, January 6, 2018, Hoover Road (LT) – A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute. During the altercation, the juvenile punched another person in the face three to four (3-4) times causing bruising, a cut, and a bloody nose. A citation was issued.

3) Criminal Mischief Arrest, 3:42 p.m., Friday, January 5, 2018, 1605 Lititz Pike – Giant Food Store (MT) – Ricardo J. Hernandez-Franqui, M/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he intentionally destroyed a wall mirror with a baseball bat. Total loss: $25.00. A citation was filed.

4) Retail Theft Arrest, 3:07 p.m., Saturday, January 6, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Jackie L. Harrington, F/60, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $45.82 worth of merchandise from the store. She was arrested and taken to Central Arraignment.

5) Retail Theft / Criminal Mischief / Possessing Instruments of a Crime Arrest, 3:15 p.m., Friday, January 5, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Anthony F. Gargano, M/39, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $589.60 worth of merchandise from the store. During the theft, Gargano used a pair of wire cutters to remove a security device, valued at $122.50, which was mounted to merchandise. He was arrested and taken to Central Arraignment.

6) Possession of Controlled Substance Arrest, 10:34 p.m., Tuesday, January 2, 2018, 1100 block Harrisburg Pike (MT) – Angie M. Driver, F/34, of Hellam, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop. Officers searched Driver’s vehicle which yielded eight (8) tablets of oxycodone and seven (7) tablets of alprazolam, which Driver was not prescribed. A criminal complaint was filed.

7) Theft Arrest, Friday, November 17, 2017, 1605 Lititz Pike – Giant Food Store (MT) – George Ortiz, M/57, of Allentown, PA, was charged with the above offense after he stole currency from two (2) wallets which had been left unattended in two (2) different shopping carts inside the store. Total loss: $225.00. Ortiz was identified using store surveillance. A criminal complaint was filed and a warrant for his arrest obtained. He remains a wanted person at this time. 8) Harassment Arrests, 11:46 p.m., Saturday, January 6, 2018, 1100 block Columbia Avenue (MT) – Michelle L. Richardson, F/43, and Heather L. Defreitas, F/44, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense after they got into a physical fight with each other. During the altercation, Richardson and Defreitas struck each other. A citation was filed against both parties.

9) Harassment Arrest, 11:42 p.m., Thursday, January 4, 2018, 1100 block East Orange Street (LT) – Omar V. Gonzalez, M/33, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute. During the altercation, Gonzalez pushed the victim and struck them in the face. A citation was filed.

10) Harassment Arrest, 12:06 a.m., Monday, January 08, 2018, 1700 block Judie Lane (LT) – David Ray Lopez, M/28, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute. During the altercation, Lopez hit another person’s hand and pushed them. A citation was issued.

1) Theft By Deception, 11:36 a.m., Tuesday, December 19, 2017, 1605 Lititz Pike – Member’s First Federal Credit Union (MT) – A fictitious check was deposited and cash withdrawn from the account, which had insufficient funds.

2) Criminal Mischief, January 1-2, 2018, 1500 Oregon Pike – Blue Pacific (MT) – Smashed window. Total loss: $2,000.00.

3) Criminal Mischief, January 5-6, 2018, 2900 block Aster Lane (MT) – Scratched car. Total loss: $100.00.

4) Theft By Deception, December 17-21, 2017, 1605 Lititz Pike – Member’s First Federal Credit Union (MT) – A fictitious check was deposited and cash withdrawn from the account, which had insufficient funds.

5) Theft From Motor Vehicle, 6:00 p.m., Saturday, January 6, 2018, 1300 Lititz Pike – LA Fitness (MT) – Window smashed and purse stolen. Total loss: $20.00.

6) Criminal Mischief, Saturday, January 6, 2018, 1257 Manheim Pike – Carite (MT) – Smashed window. Total loss: $250.00.

7) Theft From Motor Vehicle, Sunday, January 7, 2018, 1051 Landis Valley Road – Calvary Church (MT) – Several vehicles had their windows smashed and property taken from inside. Total loss: $1,825.00.

8) Selective Enforcement Detail, Sunday, January 7, 2018, McGovern Avenue (MT) – Officers performed a traffic detail along McGovern Avenue targeting equipment and other moving violations. Ten (10) motorists stopped resulting in seven (7) citations and four (4) warnings being issued.

9) Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime, 10:55 p.m., Sunday, January 7, 2018, 1400 block Passey Lane (LT) – Person was observed standing on a balcony that did not belong to them; they fled when confronted.

10) Criminal Mischief, January 2-3, 2018, 400 block Judie Lane (LT) – Tire slashed. Total loss: $65.00.

11) Vehicle Theft, Saturday, January 6, 2018, Spencer Avenue (LT) – A 2009 Kia Rio was stolen after the owner left it running unattended to warm it up. Total loss: $2,500.00.

12) Criminal Mischief, Saturday, January 6, 2018, 1400 block Passey Lane (LT) – Window of vehicle smashed. Total loss: $200.00.

13) Theft By Deception, 11:40 a.m., Thursday, December 7, 2017, 1216 Millersville Pike – Fulton Bank (LT) - A check was deposited and cash withdrawn from the account. The check was written from a closed account.
