ARRESTS

1) Forgery / Possession of Control Substance Arrest, 4:42 p.m., Thursday, January 4, 2018, 1262 Lititz Pike – Walgreen’s (MT) – Hannah Glenn Rogers Sigda, F/23, of New Holland, PA, was charged with the above offenses after she attempted to fill a forged prescription for Oxycodone. During a search incident to arrest, officers located three (3) prescriptions for controlled substances in their containers, all of which were prescribed to other persons. She was arrested and taken to Central Arraignment.

2) Retail Theft Arrest, 4:40 p.m., Monday, January 8, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Gerald L. Brown, III, M/32, of Columbia, PA, was charged with the above offense after he took discount stickers from several items and placed them on higher-priced items. Brown then rang up the higher-priced items at the discounted price and paid for them. A criminal complaint was filed.

3) Criminal Mischief Arrests, 9:06 p.m., Monday, January 8, 2018, 1100 block Elizabeth Avenue (MT) – Gavin Robert High, M/18, and Jordan Frank Zimmerman, M/18, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense after they were observed spray painting the side of a building not owned by them. Total loss: $150.00. Two (2) citations were filed.

4) Endangering Welfare of Children Arrest, 7:54 p.m., Saturday, December 23, 2017, 300 block Perry Avenue (LT) – Jared M. McCoy, M/37, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after his 8-year-old son was found walking along Abbeyville Road at night and in the rain by a passing motorist. It was determined that the child left the residence after becoming fearful for his safety since McCoy had consumed alcohol to the point that he was unconscious. A criminal complaint was filed.

1) Retail Theft, 6:07 p.m., Monday, January 8, 2018, 1302 Lititz Pike – Aldi (MT) – Total loss: $39.99.

2) Scattering Rubbish (Littering), 12:00 p.m., Monday, January 8, 2018, 209 Petersburg Road – MT Community Park (MT) – Unknown person/s dumped trash at the dumpsters.

3) Retail Theft, 6:39 p.m., Tuesday, January 9, 2018, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – Total loss: $161.88.

4) Theft, January 5-9, 2018, 900 block East King Street (LT) – Theft of $50.00.

5) Theft, 4:05 p.m., Friday, January 5, 2018, Livingston Lane (LT) – Theft of debit/check card.

6) Theft, Sunday, January 7, 2018, 100 block Abbeyville Road (LT) – Theft of wallet. Total loss: $46.00.

7) Theft, Monday, January 8, 2018, 1100 block Ranck Mill Road (LT) – Theft of package from a front porch. Total loss: $46.60.

8) Selective Enforcement Detail, Tuesday, January 9, 2018, Main Street at Tank Road (EP) – Officers targeted speed enforcement. Three (3) citations and one (1) warning issued.
