ARRESTS

1) Burglary and Theft Arrest, 4:01 a.m., Wednesday, May 3, 2017, 1300 block Meadowbrook Road (LT) – Kyle Lewis Salvetti, M/29, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a lengthy investigation performed by detectives. Salvetti entered a residence and stole $12,100 worth of property while the occupants slept upstairs. Salvetti had been arrested for a similar offense in the same area on May 7th. He was remanded to prison at that time. This was an additional burglary determined to have been committed by Salvetti. A criminal complaint was filed.

2) DUI Arrest, 2:39 a.m., Wednesday, November 08, 2017, 806 New Holland Pike – Turkey Hill (MT) – Alexander David Marschka, M/27, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop. Marschka exhibited signs of impairment and chemical testing yielded a 0.205% BAC. A criminal complaint was filed.

3) Dog Law Arrest, 4:50 p.m., Monday, November 6, 2017, 500 block Abbeyville Road (LT) – Rance C. Kirsch, M/33, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with Confinement and House of Dogs Not Part of a Kennel for allowing his dog to run at large. A citation was filed.

4) Harassment Arrest, 1:47 p.m., Monday, October 23, 2017, Mill Pond Drive (LT) – Savahnnah S. McFerrin, F/19, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she struck another person and shoved her. A citation was filed.


CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1) Vehicle Theft, November 6-7, 2017, 100 block Princess Avenue (MT) – Unknown persons stole a red 1996 Honda Civic as it sat parked overnight. Total loss: $1,000.00. Investigation continues.

2) Retail Theft, 7:12 p.m., Tuesday, November 7, 2017, 1234 Millersville Pike – Fine Wine & Spirits (LT) – An unidentified black male stole a $49.99 bottle of Grey Goose vodka and left the store. The male is depicted below. Any person knowing the identity of the male should call the Manheim Township Police at 717-569-6401 or use our anonymous tip line at 717-569-2816. CRIME PHOTO BELOW
 
3) Hit & Run Crash, 5:31 p.m., Tuesday, November 7, 2017, 900 block Columbia Avenue (LT) – A white work van rear-ended another vehicle and then fled the scene. There were no injuries and damage was minor. Investigation continues.

4) Criminal Mischief, November 5-6, 2017, 1700 block Saint Phillips Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s broke off the handle to a garage door. Total loss: $50.00.
