ARRESTS

1) Harassment Arrest, 10:45 p.m., Wednesday, November 1, 2017, 1700 block Judie Lane (LT) – Dwayne St. Michael Wolfe, Jr., M/24, of York, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute. During the altercation, Wolfe punched the victim in the face. A citation was filed.

2) DUI Arrest, 1:12 a.m., Thursday, November 2, 2017, Route 30 West at Manheim Pike (MT) – Shane Douglas Emmiger, M/26, of Mountville, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash. Emmiger exhibited signs of impairment and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.175%. A criminal complaint was filed.


CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1) Criminal Trespass, 7:59 a.m., Monday, November 6, 2017, 363 West Roseville Road – Byler, Goldman, Goodley, Winkle & Hetrick (MT) – An unknown white male entered the business using an unlocked door not intended for public traffic. Investigation continues.

2) Criminal Mischief, November 4-6, 2017, 1676 Oregon Pike – BB&T Bank (MT) – Unknown person/s damaged the ATM. Total loss value is not available at this time. Investigation continues.

3) Access Device Fraud, 7:48 p.m., Wednesday, October 25, 2017, 49 Roosevelt Boulevard (MT) – Unknown person/s obtained the victim’s debit card information and later used it to make cash withdrawals at an ATM. Total loss: $500.00. Investigation continues.

4) Theft, October 27-30, 2017, 1400 block Glen Moore Circle (MT) – Unknown person/s stole lawn equipment and decorations from a shed and porch. Total loss: $370.00.

5) Hit & Run Crash, 6:36 p.m., Monday, November 6, 2017, 1200 block Lititz Pike (MT) – An unknown vehicle rear-ended another vehicle and fled the scene after impact. There was minor damage and no injuries reported.

6) Theft By Deception, 3:11 p.m., Monday, November 6, 2017, 1000 block Olde Hickory Road (MT) – A victim purchased $950.00 worth of Steam Cards and provided the account information for the cards to an unknown male who was purporting himself to be a bank loan officer.

7) Theft, November 5-6, 2017, 100 block Abbeyville Road (LT) – Unknown person/s stole $25.00 from a purse. Investigation continues.
