ARRESTS

1) Public Drunkenness Arrest, 5:34 p.m., Tuesday, September 12, 2017, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Bruce R. Rader, Jr., M/31, of Manheim, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed inside the Walmart while under the influence of alcohol and causing alarm to others. A citation was filed.

2) Public Drunkenness Arrest, 7:05 p.m., Monday, September 11, 2017, 1300 block Lititz Pike (MT) – William M. Hanningan, Jr., M/57, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, walking with an unsteady gait, and alarming others in the area. A citation was filed.

3) Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 2:40 a.m., Thursday, September 7, 2017, 900 block Race Avenue (MT) – Tyler Marquis Smith, M/24, of Birdsboro, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed fighting with a female in the middle of the street, striking her, and throwing her to the ground. A citation was filed.

4) Public Drunkenness Arrest, 8:48 p.m., Monday, September 11, 2017, 200 block West Roseville Road (MT) – Leon M. Brennan, M/40, of New Holland, PA, was charged with the above offense after he as observed under the influence of heroin and unconscious, which caused others to be alarmed. A citation was filed.


CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1) Criminal Mischief, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 11, 2017, 200 block Eden Road – Unknown person/s “keyed” a vehicle as it sat parked in a parking lot. Loss: $300.00.

2) Criminal Mischief, 10:30-11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 12, 2017, 100 block Knollwood Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s “egged” a vehicle as it sat parked in a parking lot. Unknown loss.

3) Simple Assault, 1:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 12, 2017, 1000 block North Duke Street (MT) – Two patrons were assaulted by several female and male subjects, outside of an area bar. The primary aggressor and suspect was described as a black, heavy-set female, 30 to 40 years of age, wearing a head scarf, with a damaged or missing front tooth. The victims were punched, scratched, and had their hair pulled. A suspect has been developed and the investigation continues.

4) Theft, 7:30-7:45 p.m., Tuesday, September 12, 2017, 1100 Harrisburg Pike – Pat’s Pizza (MT) – Unknown person/s stole an iPhone 6S from a table at the restaurant while the victim (an employee) was working. Loss: $500.00.

5) Theft, September 4-12, 2017, 900 block East King Street (LT) – Unknown person/s stole $7.00 from a purse.

6) Retail Theft, 11:14 a.m., Tuesday, September 12, 2017, 1292 Millersville Pike – Guitar Center (LT) – An unknown black male stole a Taylor acoustic guitar from The Guitar Center and fled in a green Honda Accord. Loss: $3,499.00. Investigation continues.
