1) Theft By Deception / Theft By Unlawful Taking Arrest, June 20, 2016 to May 5, 2017, Various Locations in EP and MT – Buddy Ryan Gilliland, M/30, homeless, was charged with the above offenses after he stole ten (10) 100 mcg Fentanyl patches and video game equipment from a residence. Total loss $801.32. Through the course of the officer’s investigation, it was determined that Gilliland was also pawning stolen property over the course of several months. Gilliland pawned numerous pieces of jewelry and received $448.75 after proclaiming the property to be his. A criminal complaint was filed and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. 2) Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 8:27 p.m., Sunday, September 10, 2017, 2575 Graystone Road – East Petersburg Community Pool (EP) – Geoffrey L. Heller, M/19, of Stevens, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed doing “burnouts” and “donuts” with his vehicle in the parking lot of the community pool. A citation was filed.

3) Simple Assault / Harassment Arrest, 4:20 a.m., Sunday, September 10, 2017, West Liberty Street (MT) – Steven John Verling, M/37, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a domestic dispute at his residence. During the altercation, Verling bit his wife’s hand causing injury and threw a set of keys at their child. Verling was arrested and taken to Central Arraignment.

4) Simple Assault / Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 11:40 p.m., Sunday, September 10, 2017, 2200 block Coventry Road (MT) – Luis Lee Garcia, M/27, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a domestic dispute at his residence. During the altercation, Garcia bit his sister several times on both her hands and wrists. Her hands became scratched and swollen as a result of the bites. Garcia was arrested and found to be in possession of 0.97g of marijuana upon search incident to arrest. He was taken to Central Arraignment.

5) Theft Arrest, 10:55 a.m., Friday, September 8, 2017, 1466 New Holland Pike – Lancaster Country Club (MT) – Corey Allen Dagen, M/26, homeless, was charged with the above offense after he stole a golf cart ($5,000 value) from the country club and drove it onto Route 30 where he abandoned it. Dagen was arrested and taken to Central Arraignment.

6) Theft / Conspiracy to Commit Theft Arrests, 2:40 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2017, 1360 Columbia Avenue – Taco Bell (LT) – Winoma M. Tisdale, F/45, and Tanemah V. Gray, F/27, both of Lancaster, PA were involved in a theft at the Taco Bell. Tisdale and Gray, both employees of the restaurant, worked together to steal $830.00 in currency after a customer left a bank envelope inside the store. Tisdale stole $410.00 and was charged with Theft and Conspiracy to Commit Theft. Gray stole $430.00 and was charged with Theft. Criminal complaints were filed against both.

7) Defiant Trespass / Possession of PCP Arrest, 3:30 a.m., Thursday, June 22, 2017, 200 block Waterford Court (LT) – David Wayne Robinson, M/35, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses after officers found him in the above location. Robinson had previously been issued a trespass letter from this apartment complex and had outstanding warrants. During his arrest, he was found in possession of 3.70g of Pencyclidine, or PCP. Robinson was turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff on the outstanding warrants and a criminal complaint was filed for the above offenses.

8) Soliciting Arrest, 1:06 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2017, 1300 block Columbia Avenue (LT) – Douglas L. Polson, M/61, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with soliciting after being observed begging for money from passing vehicles. A citation was filed.

9) Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 2:45 p.m., Friday, September 9, 2017, 3000 block Aster Lane (MT) – Francisco A. Sanchez, Jr., M/18, and Juliano J. Fletcher, both of Lititz, PA, were charged with the above offenses after they were found inside a parked vehicle smoking marijuana. During the incident, officers found 21.51g of marijuana and smoking devices. Two criminal complaints were filed.

10) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 12:42 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2017, 1600 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Shauna Melva Rice, F/37, of Elizabethtown, PA, was charged with the above offense following a shoplifting incident. During her detention with police she was found to be in possession of seven (7) syringes, and nine (9) small baggies in her purse. The items were used to inject heroin. A criminal complaint was filed.

11) Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 2:30 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2017, 1000 block Clark Street (LT) – Kristin L. Fetterolf-Tryon, F/43, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was screaming obscenities in the street which alarmed and annoyed others in the area. A citation was filed.

12) Warrant Arrest, 12:42 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2017, 1600 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Brian Lee Manfred, Sr., M/48, of Columbia, PA, was arrested on outstanding warrants and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff.

13) Dog Law Violation Arrest, 2:08 p.m., Saturday, August 26, 2017, 1000 block Salisbury Court (MT) – Rebecca A. Cox-Davenport, F/42, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with failing to confine her dog after it left her property. A citation was filed.

14) Retail Theft Arrest, 12:42 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2017, 1605 Lititz Pike – Giant (MT) – Brian Lee Manfred, Jr. M/25, of Mount Joy, PA, was arrested for the above offense after he was observed pushing a shopping cart containing $429.46 worth of merchandise out of the grocery store without paying for the items. He was arrested and taken to Central Arraignment.

15) Aggravated Assault by Vehicle while DUI / DUI Arrest, 4:34 p.m., Friday, June 23, 2017, New Holland Pike at Hillcrest Avenue (MT) – Denise R. Houshower, F/45, of Leola, PA, was charged with the above offenses, as well as multiple traffic offenses, following a head-on two vehicle crash where seven (7) persons were sent to the hospital with injuries. One of the persons sustained a fractured skull. The investigation determined that Houshower was under the influence of marijuana and Oxycodone, which caused her to drift into the oncoming lane, causing the crash. A warrant was obtained and she was subsequently arrested. She was arraigned before Judge Miller and released on bail.

1) Theft From Motor Vehicle, September 8-9, 2017, 2500 block Ponderosa Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle as it sat parked overnight. A wallet and contents, valued at $129.06 was taken.

2) Theft, September 8-9, 2017, 2437 Lititz Pike – Landis Woods (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a roll of toilet paper from the men’s bathroom at the park. Total loss $30.00.

3) Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts / Accessories, August 26, 2017 to September 9, 2017, 300 block Carerra Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a registration plate from a vehicle while it sat in a parking lot between the dates listed above. $11.00 loss.

4) Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property, 9:39-9:49 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2017, 2092 Fruitville Pike – Panera Bread (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a wallet and contents which was accidentally left on a bench at the business when a patron went to the bathroom. A debit card in the wallet was later used fraudulently. Total loss: $15.00. Investigation continues.

5) Access Device Fraud, September 9-10, 2017, 2100 block Coventry Road (MT) – Unknown person/s used a business account debit card to make $9,553.67 worth of fraudulent purchases. Investigation continues.

6) Theft From Motor Vehicle, September 8-9, 2017, 100 block Sterling Place (LT) – Unknown person/s entered a vehicle as it sat parked overnight and stole two wallets and a checkbook. The wallets were later recovered. Total loss: $109.00.
